0. Definitions

Product – Specified set of digital files that may contain 3D Data, Images, Video, Audio, Software, and is the property of Viz-People.
Product Files – Digital files that constitute the Viz-People product.
Buyer – Company/Person who made confirmed payment for ordered products.

1. General

1.1 – Viz-People offers its products and services based exclusively on the following terms of use.
1.2 – Terms of use of the buyer are rejected and will not apply to Viz-People products and services.
1.3 – Exceptions from the following terms of use must be confirmed by Viz-People by email or writing.
1.4 – All information on the Viz-People website is non-binding and can change over time.

2. Registration

2.1 – A person who creates an account on the website www.viz-people.com becomes a “user” of this website and agrees to add the data he/she provides in the registration form of the Viz-People database.
2.2 – Registered users gain access to the “Free Stuff” website section.

3. Delivery

3.1 – All Viz-People products are available as digital downloads. Viz-People is not sending physical copies of any form.
3.2 – All Viz-People products are available for an immediate download after the payment is confirmed.
3.3 – Downloading process of purchased products is the Buyer’s part.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Complaints

4.1 – Every Viz-People product can be returned within 14 days after the purchase without giving a reason or referring to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, art. 27).
4.2 – At the moment of the refund, the Buyer loses all rights and licenses to refunded products.
4.3 – At the moment of the refund, the Buyer is obligated to delete permanently all refunded product files. Continued usage of the refunded product is illegal and is a basis for legal actions.
4.4 – All complaints should be addressed at office@viz-people.com. Every complaint will be processed within 7 days.

5. Payment, Protection of Buyer and Users Data

5.1 – Viz-People treats all buyer/user data as highly confidential.
5.2 – Viz-People processes buyer data solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, and for occasional contact with the buyer/user. Service companies (PayPal, Bank, PayU) which have to be involved in the order processing, receive buyer’s data only to the necessary extent of the order completion.
5.3 – Viz-People will never pass on or sell the buyer/user data to any third parties.
5.4 – Viz-People will not use buyer/user data to send spam or trade offers.
5.5 – Viz-People offer The following payment methods: Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, PayU.

6. Licence Agreement for Viz-People products

6.1 – With the confirmed payment and downloaded Product Files, the buyer recognizes the validity of the following agreement.
6.2 – End User of Viz-People products becomes the company/person whose data is given during the ordering process.
6.3 – Buyer obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and to modify the Product Files in accordance with the conditions laid out in the following paragraphs.
6.4 – Within the company, the buyer is authorized to use the purchased Viz-People product up to 10 work stations.
6.5 – Buyer CAN USE Viz-People product without any limitations inside his commercial or free projects, where the product files will be inseparably integrated with Buyer’s project.
6.6 – Buyer CAN NOT USE whole or parts of Viz-People product for resale, passing on, making available, or dissemination in exchange for consideration, or free of charge. Buyer can not rent, lease, lend, sell or sub-license the product files to another person, company or other entity.
6.7 – Product Files CAN NOT under any circumstances be used in or be conjoined with pornographic, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, libelous, infringing, immoral, or illegal material. The buyer and the user have the sole and full responsibility for all legal consequences of any such use.

EXAMPLES:
ALLOWED – Unlimited prints, Illustrations, renderings, films, videos, TV transmissions, multimedia presentations, internet presentations, websites illustrations, DVDs, games, training videos, music videos, broadcasting systems.
NOT ALLOWED – Reselling Viz-People Product Files on stocks, sending Viz-People Product files to other persons/companies.

7. Amendments

7.1 – Viz-People reserves the right to amend or change this agreement at any time.
